Answering this prompt regarding being present across all platforms: How do people read online? How do different channels reinforce each other? A key strategy for reaching audiences today is to “be in all places.” But is this effective? I do believe this strategy to be very effective because one of my favourite rules about marketing is the more you see something the more likely you are to buy it, or buy into it. When I ran an auto detailing business, I’d post pictures of finished cars and ads everyday on the company instagram because I knew if anyone was ever thinking about buying my services, seeing it more and more online would remind them and eventually turn into a sale. We can apply this the same way online because being across all platforms eliminates the obstacle of “I don’t use tiktok”, or instagram, if your everywhere your everywhere, and you will be seen. This, in tune will cause drive more people to the site and get it more engagement.
